What is the shipping cost?
- Cost of about 20 Euro
-Priority mail is included in the cost. In case of purchase value exceeding 100 Euro our shop covers the shipping cost.

Certainly it is possible. Upon placing an order and paying the due amount into our account we shall dispatch the parcel to the indicated address.

Who runs the shop?

How long do I have to wait for the parcel?
90% of parcels are dispatched the following day (upon making payment by the client), waiting time ranges from 7 to 14 days. Poland 1-2 days.

What labels can be seen on the parcel?
The parcel’s sender is HIPERMEDIA company, the outside of the package does not contain any bearings or labels that could identify directly our e-shop, or any information that it is erotica.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, there is an option of paying by credit card (we use Allpay.pl payment system).

Warranties and complaints
All goods in our offer are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Should you receive a defective item please return it to our address and it shall be replaced. The parcel should be accompanied by a piece of paper containing the description of the product’s defect. Complaints are handled within 5 business days. IMPORTANT: if you return goods they must be sent back in their original packaging and they cannot bear any marks of use. You have also the right to resign from purchase of goods within 10 days upon receiving delivery. (Does not apply to films) At each compliant please contact us in order to establish details.
